When I am running with little to no sleep I feel weak. So I start eating more during the day to compensate that. Ow and a lot of junk food to make me feel better too 😨🙈

For me because I sometimes work night shifts, I get more sugar cravings. I think it's because my body craves the quick energy to stay active and alert. To keep the brain active when it should be resting normally. So I have to go with you on this.1
