Wrong place but I don't know where else to ask - Virgin Mobile text message?

Hey guys, so i got a text saying 'You've reached 100% of $289.00 included value & rollover for **********(number).' what does that mean in dumb person language? my usual bill is $70 and has a completely different text saying its a bill and when its due. Thanks guys

      It is actually the company. Was just curious if anyone knew cos i've never had it

      You might have gone over your bill. You should call them asap to find out. If you did go over, you can pay in instalments.
