First time insomnia, feeling really strange, any advice?

Woke up. way too early. Can't fall asleep. Feeling very strange 😳.

  • 1. there's a podcast called sleep with me. its really good.
    2. ASMR

    The thing thats literally never failed me is turning off the lights, getting real snug in the bed and playing a good album at a low volume. the trick is to lip sync the words. I always fall asleep within the first two songs.
