I have a calculator (TI-84 Plus CE) question?

My programs aren't being erased. It shows that they are archived with an asterisk to the left them. I need to completely delete them.

I've reset "ALL RAM"

I've deleted programs as well (2nd->mem>2->7) ... Memory screen below
I have a calculator (TI-84 Plus CE) question?

They still appear on my program list with an asterisk. Before they would completely delete when I took these same steps. They are taking up my RAM still as well. Do I have to do something on my "TI-Connect" installed on my computer? Never faced this issue with my old calculator. Ty boyos.
