What Guys Said 21

  • I know English, german and french. My dad is Canadian so I learned german and English as a kid and french in school. I also know swiss german because I'm from Switzerland. Some people would consider that a extra language but I don't because it's mostly the same as German with some unique words and very different pronounciation but it's not a 4th language. Some people wanna make themselves feel good by saying that but I speak 3 languages in my opinion. I think learning 1 more would be great but I don't wanna send all my time on languages so I think I won't go higher than 4 at least I have no interest atm :P.

    I did a year a Spanish, found it easy but couldn't keep up with this much work. I can understand it but not speak it.
    I'm hoping to learn a 4th.

      stai studiando italiano a scuola? non avrei mai pensato che si offrissero corsi d'italiano laggiù in australia

      @redeyemindtricks
      A bit rusty but ahah:
      Ho studiato italiano nella scuola primaria e al mio vecchio liceo.
      No, cumuli di scuole offrono italiani, in particolare le scuole private cattoliche. Nel South Australia ci sono un sacco di italiani che migrato dopo guerra, in modo che è probabilmente il motivo.
