I've heard certain foods increase your libido. Have you tried any and did they work for you? Here are some that I've heard and seem to have worked. Like it did increase the libido for me and my partner that time. - Shellfish (Shrimp, Lobster, clawfish)- Sushi (that's raw fish, and I grew up eating that, and I've generally always had high libido)Questionable:- Ginseng (it's a Chinese herb, I've had drinks with Ginseng extract in it, did not feel anything at all, I did feel like my body temperature was a bit higher than usual)Anything else?Thanks!Rachel

  • I love love sushi. I also take a lot of vitamins. I find a super B vitamin to be great for stress reduction and energy. To have a high libido, and besides food, I'd suggest doing the following things. 1. Get plenty of rest2. Drink plenty of water3. Try exercising 4 times a week
