Why is it that I only breakdown/cry really miss my him when I'm under stress?

I was fine and thought I was getting over him, but then as soon as something stressful happens in my life (eg. school problem) I feel like I'm being crushed, wish he was still in my life, and basically feel really heartbroken. Why does this only happen when I'm stressed?

  • More than likely he was the solid thing in your life that you could rely on when things got bad for you. Now that the solid thing is gone, it's hard to move forward without it.
