She pretty much, said we're done & "us" isn't her focus anymore?

So I talked to her today, she says "I do not have time to worry or think about it, between stress from my own problems, family problems, and drama with the father of her child {who she has nothing to do with}. So that means, we're done, these past 5 years were good, its a learning experience, and now I have to move on. I feel better, but I don't know where to start.

    You need to keep yourself busy!
    You're going to miss her, it's going to hurt - there's no avoiding that.
    To keep your head up, you need to keep yourself busy with the things you enjoy. Maybe even create a new routine, or find something new to try... to change your focus.
    Also, surround yourself with the people you care about and who care about you.
    Try to avoid the things that remind you of her for a while, if you can; certain songs, TV shows, movies.
    Stay active, go out with your friends, don't stay in and wallow for too long.
    It'll simply get easier as time goes on... a gradual thing.
