Another question inspired by the movie Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. *spoiler alert* Don't continue to read if you haven't seen it and want to watch it.
"We met at the wrong time. That's what I keep telling myself anyway. Maybe one day years from now, we'll meet in a coffee shop in a far away city somewhere and we could give it another shot"
Their memories of each other were erased, but an incident caused them to learn about their past with each other again. After some back and forth, they decided to give it another shot, hoping that this time they can make it work.
Are they foolish to give it another shot despite knowing how it has ended before? Was it really just bad timing? Would you give it another shot?

I do not think it is foolish.0
