In terms of a romantic relationship, what is your definition of a rebound? Would every person you go out with be a rebound from the last?

  • Any relationship started nearly where the previous one ended. That's a rebound.

    • Would that be for every relationship, or just the serious ones? How long after a break up would you no longer consider it to be a rebound?

    • Any relationship. If he was no the one to break up with you for example chances are your next relationship will be 100% a rebound. If you broke up with him chances are 50-50%.

  • If your still thinking about getting back with your ex possibility, then it's a rebound, no matter how much time has passed. If you are absolutely sure you don't want your ex back and that you are in a better mood without them, then it's not a rebound, also no matter how much time has passed.
