How do you make yourself feel better after a breakup that was your fault (the kind you wish you could take back but there's nothing you can do)?

How do you move on from a relationship that you accidentally ruined yourself? I am having an extremely hard time because I'm so mad at myself. I feel like I'm losing my mind.
