He cheated on me. Why do I feel so guilty for going off on him and saying mean things?

You may have said some horrible things that you said when you found out he had gone to bed.
Don't feel bad, feel sad instead. You wasted your time on someone who you realized was not fine and Now... Time to move on and don't over think anything more.
He can no longer be trusted and Next time... Hopefully you will not have to say things you probably didn't mean.
Good luck. xx0

I'm in the same boat.
Do not apologise!
He hurt you. Its a natural reaction. And from what he did, deserves it.
By apologising your letting him off with it
You deserve better. Just let it go, it'll be hard but its better in the long run when you find someone who cares and treats you like a princess. You dont need hurt like that again which you'll do by justifying his behavior and letting him back in0
maybe you said things that you knew would hurt him and he would carry around. maybe you sid things he didn't deserve. maybe subconciouslly ur trying to make urself feel better about what he did.0
Because you have a conscience and he doesn't, that's why he cheated.1
because you like him.0
