  • I tend to deliberately make myself more upset with sad music, sad films etc. if I'm honest. Maybe so I'll cry and that's cathartic, I don't know. I like to self indulgently wallow in sadness for a bit I s'pose

    I'll do some venting in my journal, online, to friends sometimes and/or phone my Mum. Taking a shower or bath and getting really nice and clean + doing my skincare routine is a good remedy for any occasion as far as I'm concerned. I'll eat junkfood but that can make me feel worse in excess. Just walking into the city and doing some people watching and stuff can make me feel way better if I can persuade myself to get out of the house and do that. Shopping but I tend to be irresponsible with money when I'm vulnerable in any way
