Well, I broke up with my ex about 3 months ago and i still cry myself to sleep sometimes. The first week , i literally cried everyday and the next week i was feeling great but the week after that, i started crying again. it just a cycle of ups and downs, but it really does get better every day. also, it helped me to block my ex on everything (number, insta, snap, fb, etc.) just so i wouldn't see his face or see what he likes or see if he's with another girl (which he probanly is because he cheated on me). but anyways, i think it'll take months honestly, but just surrounding yourself with friends and family is great.
They say half the time of the relationship
It was easier for me after we broke up because we still remained friends and it didn't hurt as much but I still get jealous of other girls he's with.
