  • Exercise is the main priority. Find something that you enjoy doing. so for me its muay thai. You must do this exercise at least 3-4 times a week. This will give you the endorphins you need to stay positive and start to think about what you want. It won't kick in strait away but after a few weeks you will notice that you are nowhere near as cloudy headed or depressed as you were before.
