How to handle my anger?

When i get mad my only feel of release is to just hit an object continually as hard as i can for release and often break things. I don't know if my adhd is a factor, I'm sure it is. But I get extremely angry when I do bad at videogames a continuous amount or like when someone does me wrong or i feel like they do and hurt my feelings really bad like for instance my ex, the later doesn't happen very much but I'm just wondering what can I do about it? I've tried taking deep breathes and other stuff but it didn't help, anything's appreciated thanks!
