How do you cheer yourself up?

I find Zumba helps me, because I am very dumb in dancing in general, and I can't catch up with the class, so when I go to Zumba class, I always have to pay close attention to the instructor, sometimes mimic fellow mates. Then I relax well mentally while burning calories.

How do you relax and cheer yourself up? -- when you are coping from breakup/
