Totally not a lawyerWell if he's demanding anything in return for not showing, it could be blackmail or extortion. But he actually has to threaten or act on it, I think. I'm not sure if its illegal to just possess them though.Totally not a lawyer
That depends a great deal on the circumstances and who the person being photographed is as well as the photographer.
My ex took picture of me with clothes at bed and he threatens me. No one knew about us
He has likely committed a felony. This is like something Missouri Governor Eric Greitens was charged with.
I don't have the pic unforrtunale so I can't prove that he threatened me right?
That seems to be the same problem for the State of Missouri in their case against Greitens.
What happened in he end. trial finished?
Charges were dropped less than two weeks ago but the state is looking to refile.
So the woman lost
No, not exactly. It was weird. The defense was going to actually call the prosecutor as a witness! This messed everything up, so the prosecutor had to drop the charges until a new prosecutor could be found.
That's weird wow
If its you in a location that is private and you in a vulnerable situation yes its illegal for them to take that photo
My example is that model taking a snap at that naked lady in the showers at a gym and sharing it on snapchat
Me at a bed with clothes sleeping?
Thats a private area so yeah
I don't have proof so what I can do?
Where you clothed or not?
He showed me one that I am but I'm pretty sure he has another that I'm not
Then yes thats illegal but its under revenge porn law if your country has that
I love in Italy I don't know
Basically a law that can have someone charged for distribution of without concent
Only for distribution? if he has them without my consent?
Unfortunately for that one yes he's gotta show people or upload it for it to be in affect
