First week after a break up... how do I move on?

I’ll be honest, this week has been awkward and boring.

I dated him for half a year, nothing too crazy long but long enough to develop strong feelings... I was nearly in love.

He used a loophole in our relationship (he meant “monogamy in the future”) in order to sleep around and proceeded to say to me “We have great chemistry, I’m attracted to you, but I just don’t always feel like I can touch you”. I told him it wasn’t acceptable and we split.

So we split... he’s out banging ladies and I’m just hurt. I went alone to the musical last night that we were supposed to go to and it tore me up inside. Tonight I want to attempt the bar...

How do you feel better after a break up? How do you stop caring just like the other person did? How do you stop letting it all haunt you?
