My legs are so sore from working out from a practice flag football team yesterday, and I want to run today,but my legs aren't ready I don't think. If I don't move them, they will get stiff so I'm thinking walking on the treadmill for 20 minutes is good? Then jump in the Hot tub after?

It won't really do any harm, but nor will it do any good. If you just decided to have a rest day and let your legs recuperate then that can do little but benefit you. If you want to push yourself then go for it just know your limits.1
