Should I walk or run if my legs are so sore?

My legs are so sore from working out from a practice flag football team yesterday, and I want to run today,but my legs aren't ready I don't think. If I don't move them, they will get stiff so I'm thinking walking on the treadmill for 20 minutes is good? Then jump in the Hot tub after?

  • It won't really do any harm, but nor will it do any good. If you just decided to have a rest day and let your legs recuperate then that can do little but benefit you. If you want to push yourself then go for it just know your limits.

    • I did last night for like 10 mintues then the gym closed so maybe I wasn't in it long enough you think?
