He's 24, not in school (he has an associate's Degree), lives with his grandparents, and he just lost his job. Our relationship has been rocky in the past and now he's being plain whiny. He wants me to be the center of his maelstrom, and I'm leaning towards being a fair weather fan. Is it bitchy to dump him while he's down?

Are you leaving him because you're not happy, or because of how he treats you? That will determine HOW you should do it. If he isn't treating you right, try talking to him first and tell him how you feel. If he can't respect and understand that, then drop him. If your just not happy, analyze the situation. Is it the drama making you sad? If you can't handle it, you can't handle it. IN the end, you should NOT stay if you don't want to. He will find out one way or another and it will only make him feel worse. You will be keeping him from moving forward and making yourself feel worse.0THIS IS NOT RELEVANT ANYMORE
