I've had my fair share of break-ups and every single one seems to have been a different experience. I went through a break up last month and although I was sad for the first couple of days, I got a lot better quicker than expected. I blocked my ex and I don't feel the need to check up on him or contact him. In my mind, it's like our relationship never happened and he never existed. I'm starting to wonder if I'm getting better at dealing with break-ups and cutting out toxic people like they didn't mean a thing. Is that possible?
