That not provoking memories is probably one of the hardest things for me, because I notice pretty much every little thing that normal people dont, so basically everything reminds me
Even the wind on your face bring bad thoughts to mind. Been there, done that.More important than healing fast, is healing right.I did an exercise every morning, where i would put a flaw on everything she did to me in certain moments. That would cause me to rage. But also gain self respect. Then i would try to not be so harsh, see what i learned from her and some of our fights. Then again, respect for the person you shared your life with. And then move on, you just stop thinking about it.
