Actually, you are saying YES, that divorce laws ARE unfair to men, in the example you give.
Do guys also get spousal support in any of the cases?
So you have to pay your ex wife for a divorce? How long do you need to do this for? And why? I don’t understand the logic.
So are there cases in particular you can point to where you think an unfair decision was made?
I spoke to a guy on here who's wife felt their relationship wasn't good and wanted to part ways even though the guy still loved her.In court she won't alimony and the majority of the time with the children. She has all the right to want to leave if she does. However she left due to her own choice and this broke her wedding vows so she should pay alimony and loose custody, considering the guy actually wanted to keep the kids.
Yes, that's what I am hearing in many of the cases. This has created a trend by which men don't want to commit because it comes as a potential problem for them to their relatively comfortable lives.
Agreed. But are the settlement court rules unfair to men? I keep hearing this.
Depends on how good a lawyer you can afford. Vs her lawyers. And if she can prove you cheated. Then system will crush you.
So for two equally good lawyers, would having the judgement in favor of the guy difficult?
You mean if court will be biased no. Good lawyers is what counts and how your case is represented not prejudgements that guy is guilty.
