Guys I am so broken and don't know what to do and would turn to anyone for help. My relationship of 6 months ended yesterday and I literally haven't stopped crying for any considerable extended period of time (except to sleep of course) since. We're still best friends because we were really really close beforehand, we agreed that we wanted to help each other through the breakup, and it was basically mutual but I'm still so distraught. I loved this person. Does anyone have any tips for me for how I can manage to pretend to be normal or comfort myself in a healthy way while I cope with losing them?
