I’m convinced that my eating habits have contributed to how I’m feeling right now. But, I’m not sure. I feel dizzy, and I don't know if it’s from not eating as much as I should (if I’m not eating enough) I know the amount you eat depends on wether or not you wanna lose weight, or maintain, or gain weight. But I wanna lose, and I did! I’ve lost 2 pounds in 3 days. Went from 207 to 205!
