But then the cycle just starts over and gets even worse
Yes it does
Well what do you think I should do now
I would find something that makes you happy and use it as something to keep you going. That's what I did in December when my ex broke up with me and in the end it helped me a lot.I don't know about you but to keep my mind off of it and to keep myself happy I relied on music and helping others. I went out and met new people, listened to uplifting music, read/wrote poems and quotes and kept a journal. But the thing that helped me the most was my friends.
I'd actually have had depression for as long as I can remember so I have heard all of it a million times. I need some next lvl help. :/
Hmm... Have you tried anti-depressants or therapy?
I'm too poor to afford that
I have a friend (i mean he is 13 but he's the one that I go to when my depression acts up) who wants to be a therapist and help people. If you have Instagram or Twitter i'm sure he'd be more than willing to help.
sorry he is 13 next month

You should never seek antidepressants as a go to solution, it should be the absolute last solution. Anti depressants can do some serious damage to you. That being said I think you should smoke some weed to relax (don't over do it) or if you're not into that, go spend some time with your family or friends. What you should NOT do is sit at home and wallow in your sadness because this will just swallow you up.
Good luck man, it'll get better for you don't worry
