How to stop overthinking move on?

I just want to let go and move on, but it’s so hard to. I keep thinking even when I don’t want to. I also feel like I need other people validation and I hate that. I feel so alone. I have no one talk to. I lost a lot of bonds with my friends due to the pandemic. Usually, I just talk to my older cousin who is like a big sister to me, but she’s only 22 and doesn’t make the best decisions herself. I’m 19 by the way.

Recently, I got out of an almost 5 year on and off relationship. It feels freeing because the relationship was toxic, but I can’t help but feel angry and very sad. I’m glad I let him go though. I feel so sensitive.
