Have you ever received a "Closure" call/text or email from someone who dumped you? If so, how did you handle it?

Have you ever received a Closure call/text or email from someone who dumped you? If so, how did you handle it?
Someone who breaks your heart and leaves of their own free will, magically pops back into your life to find a cheap sense of closure that may or may not help them sort out their lives. Months or years later after the fact. In my experience it usually starts around a 28th birthday. People get into a panic about getting older and not pairing off like all their other friends and having kids. Leading them to think something is actually wrong with themselves for the first time in their lives.

They may eventually and systematically get in contact with ALL their Exes to find their answers. "Was it me, What went wrong, Why didn't we last?" Trying to get to the root of their problems, hoping that it's not them or is a quick fix. To which you're expected/suggested to sugar coat and lessen the damage they caused by their exit from your life. Which will somehow mystically conjure up an answer to their all important relationship closure issues.

How do/would you handle your Ex in that situation?
