I'll answer for women.
Loyalty, empathy, emotional supportive, faithfulness, moral Integrity, sensitivity are all nice but women often just say they like it but then never like men who have that.

The important thing is that they are taller than them by at least an inch. Let's face it, Women barely care if a guy is going to slap her around. Later she can just say all men are abusive.

The important thing is it you need a single step to change a lightbulb or a double.
That's REALLY IMPORTANT in life. A real game changer.

Shortest? I don't truthfully know. Men who are taller than me (especially when I'm in heels) are really attractive to me.

Now, that doesn't mean shorter men aren't. Heck, I've been attracted to shorter men before.

So long as he's confident, doesn't care about the height difference, and is attractive/suitable to me; it shouldn't matter.

I'm not sure, it depends on the guy. I saw a picture of a younger Peter Dinklage (he is 4'5') and I find him attractive, intelligent, funny, and talented. If I found someone like that, I'd date them. Height isn't on the top of my wants or need list.
