If you had a full proof way of knowing a person would never cheat on you would it make the relationship less or more exiting?

So let's for arguments sake say that you had a full proof way of knowing your girlfriend/boyfriend would never cheat on you. Let's say that God himself came to you, tells you he has seen the future and knows that this person will never cheat on you. Would that make the relationship less or more exiting? And why?

The reason why I ask is because I personally feel that when people are too secure in the relationship they stop fighting for it and therefore the relationship becomes boring. It may be that what we want but not what we need.

  • Exciting? There's nothing exciting about the possibility of cheating in the first place, cheating is no joke.
