Yes, it does, to a certain extent. race and Cultures make up a person.
@mustacheguy I get what you are saying. But I am trying to say that the race shouldn't define a person, but their actions. You are more than a race, yeah of course culture makes who you are but that doesn't have to mean anything. Every race has its stereotype and not because someeone has that race does mean he is like the stereotype. But people tend to think that too fast. You make yourself and not a culture or race. You can't choose your race, so not because you have a certain color does have to mean anything. And yeah, I agree about the culture thing, that does. But people can change the way they think about life and their behaviour.

well i am filipino and this guy who is white says he won't date a dark coloured girl, only white girls for whatever reason. i don't see why skin colour should matter and determine how somebody is as a person
