I go to therapy. I often get caught up in my emotions and lash out pretty badly. I have a ton of anger from past experiences and the way people treat me and from the way I've done people in the past. If I become triggered then there's no telling how events will end, although I try my best to get a grip. He says he doesn't want to deal with my emotions.
