How can I stop being negative in my relationship?

I tend to see my bfs actions/or inactions as attacks against me. I often perceive things in a negative light. I get upset and offended and hurt a lot (when i address these things to my boyfriend, they aren’t always as they seem). I feel really bad after i say “you did this/didn’t do this, and i am hurt”. Because, he doesn’t mean to hurt me.
