Whenever I go out with my boyfriend, I always offer to pay for my portion of anything. However, he always insists upon paying for it and at times will even tell the cashier “don’t let this lady pay”. I greatly appreciate it. My man spoils me haha. But should I always let him do that for me? Or should I be more insistent on paying for my own portion at times? I feel bad letting him do it and always offer to pay for myself.

    If you ever do pay... don’t take him to a $5 place if he’s taken you to a $40 place multiple times. Unless you really are broke.
