What is the best way to introduce myself to females?

This has always been a difficult thing for me to do but recently i have been rendered unablw to speak due to unforseen neurological conditions so how would i go introducing myself (im currently speaking using an electronic whiteboard because my hand movements are jerky and uncoordinated)
