Am I wrong for wanting to date younger women due to many years of rejections?

Anonymous
I'm a 22 year old virgin who's gotten rejected every single time he's tried asking a girl out since 14. This might just be my emotions talking, but the way I see it girls go through two stages in dating.
There's the fun, freaky phase in their teens and early twenties, then there's the mature, commitment phase which follows.

I can only be in a committed relationship with a girl if she's willing to give me both. So it doesn't matter how old I am when I get my first girlfriend, she has to be in her early 20s.
If she didn't choose to be with me me during her fun phase then I want no part in the commitment phase.

Anyone else feel this way?
