Anti-romantic: A romantic who has been disillusioned; a psychopath; a narcissist; a person opposed to romance.People are drawn to a variety of characteristics. And they're motivated by a great deal of things. Some want to idealize and relive their childhood. Others want to reclaim a childhood they didn't have. Others want to replace a loved one who treated them badly, so that's the only way they know how to receive affection. Some want to revive a dead loved one through a lover. Many seek danger, because it's exciting and breaks the monotony. There's something very boring about a sure thing. We like to play the games. Even if we say we don't, it's just natural. There has to be a spark of danger and excitement.People fall for anti/aromantics, because they're exciting, they spark curiosity, and a bit of danger.
Oh you mean me? Lol. Kidding, kidding (sorta). I really am one to a degree. It's basically someone that is not sappy or is against typical romantic gestures. Possibly to the extreme they might even despise love and/or relationships. Now anti-romantic doesn't necessarily mean they're against romance, they personally don't care for it or like being treated that way.For example, if I hear about someone receiving flowers from their husband or boyfriend, I think it's nice. But if a guy does the same for me? Eww, no.Same as someone opposed to cliche restaurant dates, hand holding, or things you do to express interest in a partner.
Girls are almost always aromantic nowadays. They dont appreciate effort because too many men sliding in these dms and taking them out. I don't know romance has become kind of cheapened these past 10 years. Every guys has written them letters, given them flowers, taken them out to a fancy dinner. Its expected to it isn't romantic to do those things anymore. Its better to just be a chad and do nothing, just devote 100% effort on giving them good sex.
I think this is MHO😊
Haha thanks I guess ❤
I didn’t even knew that such thing even exists But I think, people like challenges so they try to change those “Anti-Romantic” into Romantic kings/Queens that’ll be the only reason ig unless both are on same page
Do you mean aromantic?
Do you mean someone who just doesn't really get romantic feelings or someone who is actively against romance?
Why would someone who actively hates the idea of romance be in a relationship at all?
Because people want to change the anti romantic
