My biggest problem with myself (which is causing problems in my relationship) is to just relax and enjoy the moment and creating problems when there aren’t any. I really need to know how to fix this... maybe I should start counseling? I have been trying hard to not create problems and cause drama when there is none but last night I did it yet again... I want to stop and fix things not just for me but my relationship and for the future because I live in constant fear sometimes and I hate it. So, any tips on how to do this? How to think more positively and move past the imaginary problems in my head?
