Treating their family members well. There was once a girl who would spoil her little brother. She would hug and kiss her brother (I don't think he like it though), and she would always do little stuff for him such as carry things, help his homework, and do small favors. She wasn't physically attractive, but I very soon started crushing on her. She would also treat her parents with respect and never talk bad about them behind their backs (as far as I know), unlike other girls (and guys) who were constantly bashing their parents and siblings. Not only is the quality attractive, I can also get a sense of what to expect if I were to make a family with her. How they treat their friends and strangers, people in general, also matter too.
Humility. Girls who don't show off their beauty/accomplishments and never looking down on those seemingly "worse" than them are extremely attractive. Also, keep in mind that humility and lack of self-confidence are two different things! Depressed/self-pitying girls are highly unattractive! You can be confident and humble at the same time!
Trust-worthiness. When it comes to relationships, especially long-term ones, I would much rather choose a average looking girl that I'm confident will never lie to me, over a beautiful girl who is known for cheating. A relationship won't last long if one partner has to constantly check on the other.
Physical beauty. I try not to be shallow... but beauty is what initially catches the eye. But it's less important once I get to know the girl better.
Other important traits are: good temper (angry girls are a huge turnoff for me), good hygiene, self-confidence, open-mindedness, and optimism (a smiling girl is always more attractive).
Other less important traits are: intelligence, talented (especially musically), and good body.
Personality, a relatively healthy look (not necessarily skinny), a sense of humor, and a willingness to have a real conversation. (Playing videogames together is always a bonus)
