Why does my girlfriend keep hurting me than fixing me?

Question

My girlfriend puts me threw emotional psycolgical pain then when I finally break the person I go to is her by instinct because she Rock for all my problems. When I go-to her after I break I just tell her how bad she makes me feel when she like this I literally cry because she is relentless with the verbal assault deep cutting words then she will say she is sorry and I just tell her how much I love her and thank her for being there for me. Why do I love her why can't she stop verbal abuse when I ask nicely why does it take a break down for her to show her love again and stop verbal assault? Why do I THANK her for being there holding me as I cry when I cry because of her? Please help any thoughts helpful

Sounds like she's a narcissist (the actual term for the type of person). Id really recommend researching about narcs and their toxic patterns. No one deserves to be trapped in this painful pattern. Not to be dramatic but she sounds like an actual manipulator and the cycle will never stop. My mother is a narc and its insane how much pain they can instill in you yet still have the selfishness to manipulate and guilt trip you into BEING GRATEFUL FOR THEM. I could be wrong but this situation sounds like it. Please seek help and be aware if she is a narc and you do leave, she might try to talk crap about you to everyone you know. If that happens, dont worry about losing people because then you can sift out the people who truly deserve to be in your life ❤ I hope this helps.

Stop doing the crying way. Stop being the soft one in the relationship. I think for that one you gotta find a very assertive tone and manner. Stop thinking about rules. Tear off her clothes when she says sorry, make her yours, and don't apologize when she's the asshole. Don't be timid.

Well, be strong... be a man. Don't do this shit, even for the sake of your relationship. If someone picks on you, beat their ass, don't tell teacher, bury them in the ground... participation trophies are a huge sign that says "LOSER!". I hope you don't mind but it comes across to me as though you listened to women's advice all your life. Don't listen to them! Build your strength. They make you weak.
