Why are there more short guys that prefer tall girls than tall girls that prefer short guys?

I think it all boils down to how the other one makes us feel. Many women prefer a taller partner because this makes them feel more feminine. Similarly, most men prefer shorter women because this allows them to feel stronger and more masculine. Of course there are always exceptions, such as short guys preferring taller women. But by definition, the exceptions will always be fewer than the stereotype.

We like to feel protected and with tall guys, I personally feel safe all the time. But there's nothing wrong with short guys, I have a really tall friend and she's been dating a guy a lot shorter than her for almost 2 years! I personally don't care if he's short, his personality always wins!

I don't know. Tall girls just stand out for me. Im 177cm and my girlfriend is 188cm. She wear heels too and I love it!
