Of course that I would be worried for her if the guy is a sex worker. That means that he has a great likelihood to be a womanizer, a person with low morale, a greater than average risk of transmitting STD/STI to his clients.

But if my sister was 18+, then there is nothing I could/would do since I don't want to interfere in her life. She would have to learn from her own mistakes.

Obviously, if she was a minor, I would attempt to talk her out of being in a relation with a prostitute but I would not physically intervene to prevent her from ruining her life. But if she was a child aged up to 15, I would make sure to inform her that I would press charge against the predator for pedophilia should there be any physical contact.
