1) Kids watching porn and as young teens/adults feeling entitled to fulfilling sexual encounters while using a real life partner to mimic the one-sided, self-gratifying interactions they saw onscreen.

I don't think a single pornography film is bad, I think the sheer volume, ease of access, and instant gratification of the same stereotypes, troupes, and unrealistic performative expectations on both men but mostly women is cruel. Boys see men "Take what they want" and then blame women when they react to sexual advances that are contrary to the scripts and entitlement that they have built up over the years. I think that one can watch porn without having entitlement towards women's bodies, I just however think that it is "one of those things that boys grow out of" when in fact, boys should be taught from an early age that women should not be expected to "perform" sexually.

There is so much more to sexuality that the 10 minute clips we see on screen. There is connection and trust building, there is the act of making someone ELSE feel good, there are ways to respectfully NOT do things that don't feel good.

Porn teaches boys "what they can do to girls" and it teaches girls "what they should expect boys to do to them" regardless about how good the actual experience is. These expectations are not healthy, it does not teach girls how to value their own bodies, it does not teach boys how to respect girls bodies. It teaches both genders that using people for bodies is okay without checking in to see if the person 1) consents 2) is having a good time 3) feels safe

I think its immature boyfriends and girlfriends who grew up with many blessings and nota lot of responsibility thinking the person they are with can solve all their problems and be 100% of the solution when they should only be half the solution while you are the other half

there are mutiple reasons. OP, your assesment of dating apps is only half the coin though. yes they generally make it harder (i use some and know it's extremely rare to even get a match) but for the very shy/introverted it is also helpful. many such people can be just a little less shy due to the barrier or possible emotional detachment that going through the internet for dating can provide. it can be the difference between waiting to be asked out perpetually, with possibly never happening, and actually asking someone out themselves. as a very shy person, when it comes to dating, i am of that latter group. funny thing is my shyness is kinda anomylous even to me. it's not a lack of confidence as many would suspect, i speak publicly fir a living. i can strike up somewhat personal conversations with complete strangers outside of trying to date or my job (think standing in a long line for something), yet when i comes to adking a girl out, i almost pass out/ never have the courage to ask. yet online, i can just muster enough to ask. success rate is a whole other thing that i won't go into here.

All of it. Face to face people have made it awkward and it had become a game, rules, scores, flags, pretending, and having two faces one is ugly and other one is fake and many acting very immature.
