If it is above average, then it is tall. Tall means above average. Old means above average. These are not subjective but objective. Just like if you are above average weight, you're fat. That's not an opinion.
@Cryptic-Game Yep, I agree, and as I said in my answer, it is tall, but not really ''TALL'', like when you say someone is tall, you mostly think of people a bit taller than 5'11, right?
Yes. I think men who are 5'9" are tall as I am only 5'4" What bothers me if when a 5'3" woman called me a shortie when I am an inch taller than her but yet she is shorter than me and shorter than the average American woman. Women in America are 5'4.3" and men are 5'9.6" on average. Last I looked up. 5.3 inches difference. That's about 5 foot 4 and 1/4th vs 5 foot 9 and 5/8ths inches.
But technically a man as 5'9 and a half would be short even if the average is only 1/10th of an inch taller than him.
Weight has different factors than height tho. A man can be 166 lbs and fat while another man be 168 lbs and skinny. It is based on his height and other factors. Tall or short is based on average height alone for his country.
@Cryptic-Game Exactly. I'm personally 6'7, and most people are really short to me, so a 5'11 person isn't really tall to me.
You might want to just say, 5 feet 4 or 5 feet 4 1/4. Just trying to help. 😀
@Jersey2 Well it's 5.01968504 feet, soooh.. I don't know... Little above 5 feet?
11 centimeters more than five feet. But average height for a woman in the US as well. Are you from Copenhagen? I spent a lot of time there.
I'm not from Copenhagen, I'm from Jutland, but lives on Funen right now
I enjoyed my trips to Denmark, 13 times. I liked the people. It was nice. I liked the Nordic region in general.
