I am usually the one asking but I decided since he was older than me that he may want to take the lead.
Could be, but only if he really knows for a 1000% that you like him, maybe then he will approach you. Some men are too afraid to approach girls, some don't want to be the chaser.
Is there any reason for it? Like confidence or?
Typically for me, I make sure there's a mutual attraction so I don't embarrass myself. In general, when I ask someone out. I usually build a conversation first so I can transition into it cause I get nervous
Ah that makes sense. I texted him one day about an anime and he didn't respond to the last text and when he saw me he brought it up while i was working on something and out of the corner of ny eye it looked like he took a deep breath before he continued the conversation from the text.
Yeah, that sounds about right. When I was in high school, it took weeks for me to build up the courage to ask the girl I liked out. We wound up dating for 4 years. The last two girls I asked out, I just went up to and asked for their number or if they wanted to go out. One said yes, one said no. But one of them my buddy hyped me up to go talk to her.
Thats very helpful thank you! This guy is 31 so its a bit surprising but awesome that he is shy.
I'm glad it's helpful. I mean, I'm 24 and I'm still like this. I have sudden bursts of confidence, but I'm not very confident and it's still hard for me.Why is it awesome he's shy?
I hope it gets better for you! Its awesome because its not common for me to meet a shy guy. And its nice to see that men can be vulnerable too.
