If a guy is laid back and "passive" in his temperament (but not a pushover or a simp), should he date a girl who's more organised and assertive?

Or should he just "fake it til he makes it" by being more assertive than the woman, even if it doesn't come naturally to him?

Now we all know women are attracted to confidence in a man. But we also can assume confidence may manifest in different ways. And we also know personality types differ in how confidence expresses itself.

So for the more naturally take-charge ladies out there, could you respect a man and find him attractive even if he's not always striving to be "more alpha" in the relationship? Would his more easy-going nature compliment your get-things-done-to-the-minute and take-no-prisoners nature?

If he's comfortable in his skin and isn't trying to be something he's not, do you equate that as him having a "calm & quiet confidence"? Or would you secretly wish he'd take the lead more so you can just relax knowing he's running the show?
