Depends on extent. Kids are small minded and stupid, but they are still developing minds. But sometimes they do develop into balanced adults.

Maybe talk to her as an adult and see what she's doing with herself and don't broach the past until she brings it up - or completely avoids it.

I still meet some of the people I used to bully at school. in fact I see their kids now and then too.

No, by standards and principle, I don’t think I could erase all of that kind of history of torment and pretend none of it happened. Yes, people are capable of changing, but unless they are genuinely remorseful for what they done, then it’s potentially possible. I would definitely have issues trusting them and have a lot of emotional flashbacks to the past. I don’t think it could work if a relationship is already plagued with a toxic history like that, unless they have apologised, shown contrition and done some genuine soul searching and proved that they have changed. I have a really innate stubbornness when it comes to character and moral judgment, so they need to really prove they done something positive in that time, to be convincing enough to persuade me to date them.

Even if a guy or girl like you, bullying is a no no therefore i would not date someone who bullied me. This would make for a very toxic upbringing, as its taught from a young age if someone's mean to you they probably like you. This even being a thing has manipulated girls into entering toxic relationships. Sorry if im off topic a little but you get the point. Its just toxic in itself. But forgiveness is a must, for yourself. Some people change but i just wouldn't give it the time of day, most people develop childhood traumas that follow them into their adult lives that have a great negative effect on their relationships, unless they bag that shit and throw it away. Self improvement is key.
