No, she needs to get out. She might be blinded by love for her abuser now, but one day leaving may not be an option anymore. I don’t think you can force a girl to leave, but I would encourage her to escape the situation. When you find someone else you love, sex with them will be enjoyable also.

Well it's possible for sure. Dunno how common it is though, normally it's because the abused feels guilty, scared or still think the other person loves them but in there own way. She could be just saying this an excuse to hide the fact of these. And well if not... that's a really dumb reason to stay with an abusive person to the point it's not sympathetic no more.

Not at all. Side note to get out now, ideally out of town, before she suffers permanent injury or is murdered. There are other guys who can give her great sex without abusing her. Therapy could help. Often adults who accept abuse were abused as children.
