It depends on which date and our level of intimacy. For the first date, hell no. It implies that I know her more than i really do. If its the 7th date and its around like valentines day, yes. Flower should be used to validate good behavior, respect and value. I never give gifts to imply adoration

At one time in my life, when I had a first date, I brought a lady a single white rose. Among other things, white roses symbolize new beginnings.

No but I think I would if it was a classy date. All if my dates have been casual. Movie theater (normally drive in), little restaurant or just at either of our homes. None of those would have been more casual with a flower. Romantics are good on a 3-4 date and then I'd get a flower. Sadly I've never met a woman who wanted to do classy dates who I liked enough to take out for a classy date.

Nope, might be a brittish thing but bringing flowers on a date is considered a bit weird especially if it's a first date.

I have and I've actually done it a few days ago, only because I knew my girlfriend had a rough day, and I've also just drawn flowers a few times and gave them to someone I was with.

Hmm. Not on the first date. Because that's lets figure out of there will be a second date. I usually wait for the 4th-5th date. Because I would send flowers to her home or job. Because it will be away to say thank you. And she is on my mind.
